1. Sales Policy

All sales are final, both online and in-store. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If a product is defective or does not match its description, customers may contact us within 48 hours (online orders) or return to the store with proof of purchase (in-store purchases).

We aim to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

3. Payments

We accept approved payment methods available in-store and online. All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

4. Limitation of Liability

XIMI VOGUE is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
